What were/are the symptoms? … reflux, food intolerance, constipation etc? Stomach pain, intestinal pain, diarrhea, GERD, Celiac disease
How long did you/they suffer before trying enzymes/probiotics? A few years
Did you try Digestive Health? Yes
Did you try a different brand of probiotics and/or enzymes? Yes
Are you/they still taking enzymes and/or probiotics? Yes
Did/do they help? Hard to tell
Did you suffer from die-off symptoms? Yes
If so, what kind and how long did they ask? Increase in most above symptoms
Do/did you take any digestive meds (over the counter or prescription such as mylanta, zantac, prevacid etc) together with digestive enzymes/probiotics? Yes: medications for GERD, antispasmodic medications, anti-diarrheal medications
What other remedies/herbs/supplements and/or meds have you tried for your digestive problems and did/do they help? Ginger, Garlic, Peppermint Tea- all of these are helpful
Thanks so much Rachel for answering my questions. I know when you tried the Digestive Health several years ago, you said you felt it helped with your overall immune system in that you weren’t catching every cold and flu that came around. But I do know that when you have several different types of health issues going on as you did/do, it can be hard to tell what helps and what doesn’t. Thanks again for taking the time to write this out!
