Probiotics make up around 70% of our immunity. So when we are low on probiotics our system is unable to fight off disease and viruses that come around. Beings that probiotics coat the ears, nose, throat, and sinuses a lack of probiotics also makes us more susceptible to ear and sinus infections. When we take an antibiotic to kill these infections we also kill what little there is left of our probiotics. And then we are more likely to get sick again in not very long.
When there is an ear or sinus infection it is better to treat it with large doses of probiotics than antibiotics.
